I figured out how to fish! :D

I finally figured out that I should be leveling in Gusgen Mines when a more experienced player showed me the way there. I was leveling with a large group and doing my best to heal and buff people. I leveled up 3 times in a very short period of time. Unfortunately, I died and no one could raise me, so I had to return to home point. Which was all the way back in San d’Oria. D:

It was then that I discovered without the help of a higher level player, I couldn’t run my way back to the mines. I kept dying in Valkurm Dunes. I apologized and left the group and then learned how to fish instead. But I still to figure out how I am going to get back there and level up. 

I really like FFXI, but some things are sort of hard to figure out without help. Especially since a lot of the online guides were last updated years ago, and the game has changed quite a bit. I feel so strange being a noob in a world full of people who’ve been playing for years. :/

I bought myself some sweet clothes in Puzzle Pirates. :D
